• Lead the complete plant maintenance function covering Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems.

• Manage and mentor the maintenance team to ensure high equipment availability and minimum downtime.

• Drive Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance across production equipment.

• Strong hands-on exposure to Sheet Metal Fabrication & Machining equipment.

• Handle Presses, CNC, VMC, Laser Cutting, Press Brake, Welding, SPMs, DG Sets and HT/LT systems.

• Monitor and improve MTBF, MTTR, OEE and equipment reliability.

• Lead RCA, CAPA, 8D, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure machine accuracy, reliability, safety and operational readiness.

• Plan spares, AMC, maintenance budgets and resource requirements.

• Drive maintenance systems, SOPs and compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.

• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, EHS and external service providers.

• Manage end-to-end procurement of Fixtures, Automation Equipment, BOP, MRO & Indirect Purchase across multiple plants.

• Develop procurement plans aligned with budgets, projects and plant requirements.

• Handle RFQ, technical/commercial evaluation, costing, negotiation and PO finalization.

• Review drawings, BOMs, specifications and supplier quotations; benchmark costs and identify savings.

• Source, develop and manage suppliers for fixtures, automation and bought-out components.

• Track supplier quality, cost, delivery and manufacturing progress through regular follow-ups/visits.

• Manage SAP/ERP procurement transactions, PR-to-PO conversion, trackers and audit documentation.

• Execute Preventive, Predictive & Calendar Maintenance for plant equipment.

• Handle maintenance of Hydraulic & Pneumatic Power Presses and other production equipment.

• Troubleshoot Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic breakdowns.

• Maintain machine parallelism, geometric accuracy and equipment reliability.

• Monitor and improve MTBF, MTTR and overall equipment downtime.

• Conduct breakdown analysis and prepare CAPA / 8D reports to eliminate recurring failures.

• Maintain critical spares inventory and coordinate AMC/service activities.

• Handle DG Sets, HT/LT Panels, utilities and plant electrical systems.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 requirements.

• Monitor utility consumption including Power, Water and Effluent.

-Need dedicated planning resource to Plan and Execute activity at FG, Sub FG & Line Item Level

-Drawing follow-up and IE (Master, routing readiness)

-Material availability and chasing purchase for Raw Materials and SB items

-Production order release and closure.

-Kitting for Dispatch, Job Work Material Follow up

-Strong in storage silo project management

-Coordinate with Stores & Logistic department on dispatch

-Good in SAP / WMS

1. Good Knowledge about Machine Controller (FANUC) , Tool Change off set, setting & 2D Programming

2. Knowledge about cutting tools and GD & T

3. Knowledge about Jigs & fixtures

4. Knowledge about checking fixtures

5. Manpower Handling & shift allocation

6. Schedule preparation for Daily / Weekly / Monthly and need to adhere for 100% OTD.

7. Kaizen implementation on every month 

8. Knowledge of maintenance activity to attend minor faults.

9. Ensure initial, sampling, final setup & inspection before startup.

10. Productivity and Quality improvement activities 

11. Should be able to use all relevant measuring instrument(Calibration Knowledge).

12. Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions

13. Undertake continuous training and development with implementation

14. Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems

15. Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met by working to the overall plan, including management reporting

16. Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department

17. Knowledge of SAP core tool.
