• Strong hands-on Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking & social media

• Screen and assess candidates for technical & functional fit

• Manage interviews, offer negotiations and joining formalities

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions

• Track recruitment MIS, TAT and hiring performance

• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing and recruitment processes

• Mentor junior recruiters and support team capability development
